About Freya
I am a Kingston school of art graduate, studying fashion design. I have worked in the luxury fashion industry over many years.
One thing I’ve always prioritised throughout my life is my own mental wellness. What helped me through hard times was being able to escape into one of my many hobbies.
Art therapy gives yourself space to try new things, fail at some of them, and laugh about it. These skills build confidence in your ability to create and in your day to day life.

Better understand yourself through a casual chat and learning how to craft. We can draw, knit, paint, sew. No previous creative experience needed, just the desire to learn and be in the moment.
If there is anything specifically you would like to start learning through art therapy we can give it a go together.
Art therapy is not about trying to be the best at everything. The most important part is to allow yourself space to discover yourself through mindful creative practices.
