About James
I am a country boy living in south west London. I work in sustainability as my day job, due to my passion for the environment.
I am also an army reserves soldier, which has enhanced my professionalism, orgnanisation and commitment.
Finally, I am a social person and a sports lover, playing and watching cricket, tennis, rugby and skiing.
Languages is a skill I am passionate about and enjoy sharing this with others.

I try to adopt an authentic approach to teaching, by drawing upon the time I have spent working and studying abroad to deliver a natural lesson.
Sessions can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
I have taught in a formal environment in schools, as a home tutor, and also professionally to engineers in a work environment to both children and adults.
I am comfortble with all types of learnings and lessons, but would particularly advocate speaking lessons as my strongest teaching skillset, something that is not focussed on enough in formal education. My grammar is also of a very high standard and can assist with this too, as well as creating attractive structures to deploy in writing assessments.
