About Bouin
My name is Othilie and I am a French student on an exchange with the University of Sydney until the end of December. I am a very dynamic and outgoing person, and personally enjoy continuously learning new things. I chose to create a Tutoroo profile in order to share this curiosity and pass it to younger children, opening them to countries and cultures across the world. In my everyday life, I love doing sports (any) and spending time with loved ones. I am the eldest of four and have therefore been used to spending time with kids as well as regularly helping them with homework, providing me with basic teaching and comprehensive skills.

In my opinion, the easiest way to learn French at first is to learn the basics and then go straight into it by speaking with people, playing games, as well as doing everyday life tasks BUT in French. The best advice to learn French easily is to not be scared of making mistakes. I believe French can be tricky to learn because of the many exceptions that are mainly acquired through practice but is also very regulated. The hardest part for English-speaking people could be pronunciation but I will be spending the time necessary to identify struggling points and emphasize learning on those. I will gladly teach French to any individual with both passion and precision.
