About Anthony

I'm from France. Over 13 years of experience. I completed my teaching degree. I have had the same students for over 5 years for some. I'm young and active and have a great relationship with my students - kids and adults. Let's start working together.

Over the years teaching French in France and Canada BC, I learned to adapt my teaching method whether you are a beginner, an adult, a kid, a student with an intermediate level, etc.

I completed a Degree in Teacher Training College (2 years) in France then worked in an elementary school. Also worked in a pre-school in Vancouver while tutoring French after school. This was 10 years ago and I am a full time private tutor.

Because I love teaching, I am also a Mountain bike MTB instructor and guide in North Vancouver since 2016 in the same shop.

About the lesson

I teach online through a similar platform than Zoom that allows me to upload all documents needed and to keep it saved and accessible 24/7. This is a paid platform that I offer to my students.

my teaching depends on your age and level as well as your goals. I bring fun and engaging topics or supports to work with like games, debates, role play, videos, texts or articles... on top of lessons and exercises because memorization and practice are key to learn a language.

I usually start my lessons with conversations as it helps to review and use vocabulary and knowledge previously learned. Then I would narrow it down with an activity aligned with your goals. I always link the writing/speaking/listening/reading as they all interact with each other.
