About Loéh

I'm Franco-German, originally from Paris, and spent all my youth in the German capital Berlin. I went on to study political science and law at Sciences Po Paris, and am now in my final year of a degree in the Department of Political Science and Law at the Université du Québec à Montréal. I love languages and art, and want to share this passion through the teaching of languages. Of course, I have a particular interest in social sciences, but in my spare time, what I'm most passionate about is environmental science and social justice.

About the lesson

I believe that learning should be fun. I like to teach through films and texts, as well as fun activities that bring the lessons and language use to life. Furthermore, I pay close attention to my students' preferences and am open to suggestions for activities. I also like to use language learning as an opportunity to share the culture of my countries with you! I have experience in teaching German and French to young people aged ten to twenty-five, all of whom come from different countries and have different personal backgrounds. What's more, the students' motivations so far have been very different: academic, professional or personal - with very different basic levels.
