About Ela

Back in Paris, I used to give French lessons to young elementary, middle school and even 11th grade students who needed help to prepare their French final exam. What I loved the most while helping those students was that I could discover the French grammatical rules from another view each time. Either when reading “Les Contes de Perrault” with children or “Les Misérables” by Victor Hugo with middle school students, I’ve always had the impression that French can transmit unique feelings with a word.

About the lesson

Bonjour ! My name’s Ela and I was born and raised in Paris, France. I’ve moved to NYC four years ago where I finished my high school at the Lycée Français de New York and obtained my baccalaureate degree with honors. I’m now studying Integrative Neurosciences on the Pre Med track at Binghamton University, but I’d love to continue practicing French and helping all of you to learn this beautiful language. I will not only be pleased helping you with all the grammatical skills but also learning about the French culture at the same time.
