About Emilie
I’ve been teaching English for 5 years in France as a private tutor and I’m currently working as a French teaching assistant at a high school in Ottawa.
I obtained a master’s degree in teaching in France last year and I passed the competitive exam to be an English teacher in France as well.
My professional experiences have taught me how to guide students, how to be organized and how to show patience.

I am flexible and I can teach online or in person. I can help students to prepare for DELF exams.
I’ll try my best to devise enriching classes for students. One of the things I prefer about teaching, is creating materials according to the needs of students.
In addition, I really want to share my knowledge of French culture since I was born and raised in this country.
