About Camelia
Personal training is about so much more than just the aesthetics, it's about feeling better. It's about feeling more confident in your own skin and feeling comfortable and confident in your clothes - even the old ones!
There's more to life than just the gym, and feeling better about your body can permeate in to other areas of your life. Your relationships, your work life and more can get a boost from feeling better. While it begins with a conversation, it can have lasting effects through improved habits.
You'll be training at my 100%-private personal training facility, so you won't need to deal with the normal "gym" scene at all where there are no membership fees.
Personal training is absolutely worth it when it delivers a feeling of increased confidence, increased mobility, a sense of accomplishment and many others. I like to have the “friend” vibe with clients and during training because I genuinely care about all my clients, their lives, and their results!

I became personal trainer in 2012. Since then I have had the pleasure of helping countless individuals meet and exceed their personal fitness goals. I specialize in everything from getting you in bathing suit condition, not just for you, but for everyone else. But also have a passion for bio-mechanics and corrective exercise techniques that can get you moving and feeling younger and better. As of January 2018 I have completed a milestone, for me anyways, of over 18,000 sessions. I work hard and am continually trying to make myself better in order to improve the service I provide.

My Typical Session (in my gym )
Every session is tailored to your level, goals, and physical condition.
Here’s an example of a session structure:
Warm-up (10–15 minutes)
Objective: Prepare the body for effort, reduce the risk of injury, and boost motivation.
Content: • Dynamic stretches to wake up the muscles • Light cardio (jump rope, jogging in place, jumping jacks, etc.) • Specific activation depending on the session (mobility, glute activation, etc.)
Main Workout (30–40 minutes)
The main phase is adapted to your goal: • For weight loss / toning: Circuit training with alternating strength and cardio (squats, push-ups, planks, burpees, high knees). •
For muscle gain: Strength training with weights or resistance bands, using targeted repetitions. Focus on large muscle groups (squats for legs, bench press for upper body). •
For performance improvement: Functional training (plyo box jumps, kettlebell swings, etc.). HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) to boost endurance and strength.
Cool-down & Stretching (10–15 minutes) Objective: Release tension, improve recovery, and reduce soreness.
Content: • Static stretches to relax muscles • Breathing exercises to calm body and mind • Feedback moment to evaluate the session and track progress
