About Maude

The Journey: I am originally from France and moved to England at 18 to work as an au pair. At 21, I broadened my horizons further by working as an au pair in Dalkey, Ireland.
The Academic Foundation: I graduated in France with a degree in Foreign Languages, Literature, and Civilizations (specializing in English and Spanish).
The Teaching Expertise: To turn my passion into a career, I completed my PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) in French right here in Kent at Canterbury. For the past 3 years, I have been working as a full-time French teacher in Sittingbourne.
Because I’ve mastered English and Spanish as foreign languages, I know the exact mental shortcuts and strategies that help English brains "click" with French grammar.
