About Joris
I have finished my studies and received a "Certificate in Organic Wine-growing" from a Professional Agriculture High School (Amboise, France). I learned from this program a variety of skills including vineyard work, the vinification process, and agronomy. This experience has developped my skills in the wine industry.
Moreover, I worked as wine seller in France and learned a lot as well.

My teaching method is simple. I will adapt my content with your level and your questions. Of course, I will take time to answer every doubt you can have.
Firstly, I would like to show you the basics : history of wine, vineyard work, tasting methods...
Secondly, we will see together more details about famous regions (history, features,...), grapes, vinification process, important character, vine's illness (Phylloxera, Oïdium,...), cultural method (organic or not)...
Finally, we will have fun learning everything about this beautiful wine's world !
