About Paula
I am a dancer from Lithuania. I have been dancing and moving for about 4 years. Throughout this time, I have been learning about different styles, including hip-hop, house, modern dance, etc. I have always loved combining various different styles to make the final product look personal and unique!
I have participated in various dance competitions with AK Crew, Me Gusta, and others.

I try to create a relaxed environment where you will feel safe to express yourself without the fear of being judged.
The most important things for me as a tutor are your confidence, a well-prepared body, and motivation to learn. The body is absolutely crucial therefore I start my lesson with a very well-prepared warm-up for the whole body. Then, we move onto learning the new material meant for the class and end with a deep stretch of the whole body. Starting and ending classes in this way not only strengthens the whole body but also helps you avoid injuries and muscle imbalances that can be causes of injury later on.
