About Dereeta

Hi, I'm Dereeta James, a BA English Literature graduate from St. Albert's College, Kerala. Malayalam literature and language have always been my passion. From beautiful poetry and classic novels to everyday stories, I believe our mother tongue connects us to our culture and roots in a special way.

I want to share my knowledge because I see many students learning Malayalam only for exams without truly enjoying it. My goal is to help Pre-KG to Degree level students build confidence in reading, writing, and appreciating Malayalam through interactive and engaging lessons. Let's explore the joy of Malayalam together!

About the lesson

I offer complete Malayalam coaching for all ages, from Pre-KG children discovering their first words to Degree students exploring Malayalam literature and culture.

As a BA English graduate from St Albert's College obsessed with phonetics, I help you fall in love with our language through stories, expression, and sound.

What makes my classes unique is that every session is designed around your age and interests. For Pre-KG and LP kids, we learn Malayalam through songs, colorful drawings, and fun storytelling to build vocabulary naturally. For UP, High School, and Plus Two students, we focus on reading fluency, creative writing, comprehension, and appreciation of prose and poetry as per your school syllabus.

Degree students get guided sessions in Malayalam literature, literary movements, and critical analysis.
