• Weekdays (Monday to Thursday): 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM EST (Early Birds) AND 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST (Night Owls).
• Fridays: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM EST.
• Weekends : Highly flexible during US Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings.
