About Meah
I'm a recent graduate from Oxford University looking to share my passion for the pursuit of knowledge with students. In my day-to-day work, I apply the academic skills I have manicured throughout my career to far to the world of policy. Direct insight through interacting with experienced individuals is a highly valuable tool for growth, but often a barrier to young people who may not have these networks. I am keen to use tutoring as an opportunity to not only enhance your understanding of the content within a textbook, but of the wider social, cultural and political contexts of the knowledge bodies we draw upon and the transferable skills we acquire through this.

My approach to tutoring is tailored individually to the student's needs - after conducting an initial assessment of the skills and content the pupil wishes to develop, we create a plan of action to keep an end vision of what success looks like, and the steps we will take to reach this. I have experience with SEND pupils and ensure to time breaks and work with preferred learning formats, typically opting for a combined visual and auditory interactive presentation with recall at the end. I am happy to cater sessions to all ages, and structure sessions around needs - from a 30 minute evening quickfire revision session to a 3 hour deep-dive of dissertation brainstorming, my tutoring aims to work around your learning style and needs.
