About Leti
I am very friendly and easy to talk to, and I am good at building rapport with students. I am very patient and I would prefer to take the time to ensure there is a good level of understanding of a topic before rushing on to something else.
I have an appreciation of neurodiversity and additional challenges students may face in their learning and I can use a variety of teaching styles and resources to ensure the student does not become frustrated or unmotivated. I believe that successful learning should be a combination of enjoyment and efficiency, something that teachers are often unable to provide in a large class as students all have differing needs, abilities and learning styles.

In your first 30-minute FREE consultation, I will explore the needs of the student and discover how they learn best. I will take a flexible approach to tutoring and use methods that suit the student's learning style. This will also give you the opportunity to decide if I am the right tutor for you.
Some examples of what lessons can include are working through missed lesson content, creating revision mind maps and working through mock exams together.
I can also create tailored lesson plans based on GCSE content, or the syllabuses for KS1, 2 and 3.
Homework can be provided to be completed between sessions, with FREE guidance available via email at any point in between.
My lessons are available for students from Year 2, up to Year 11.
I achieved eleven 8s and 7s in my GCSEs ( A-A*), have won awards in maths and biology and have A-levels in maths, biology and sociology. I am currently an undergraduate student in criminology. I have tutored students previously, and have been able to bring grades up from a 3 to a 5 in GCSE maths, and 6 to 9 in GCSE biology.
