About MIN
I was good at Chinese when I was in high school. I was in the top 5 in the Chinese subject in the national college test in 1995. I've been taught the traditional way for Chinese since I was 3 years old, such as ancient poetry and calligraphy.

A lot of Americans complain about how hard learning Chinese is. I think it's because the system of Chinese is totally different from any of the Western languages. I will focus on pinyin in my teaching. It will be easier for Americans because it looks like letters they are familiar with.
