About Emma
¡Hola! I'm Emma, a native Spanish speaker originally from Spain, now living in Melbourne. I hold two university degrees in Education, Early Childhood Education and Primary Education, with specializations in Speech/Language and Therapeutic Pedagogy, and I've been teaching for several years, both in Spain, the USA and now here in Australia. Teaching is genuinely my passion: I love helping people connect with a new language and culture, and seeing that moment when something finally clicks for a student. Whether you're a curious child or an adult starting from scratch, I bring patience, energy and real classroom experience to every lesson. I can't wait to help you on your Spanish journey!

I currently teach Spanish to foreign learners here in Melbourne, building on experience gained teaching in the USA. I love combining play with real life, my lessons focus on practical, everyday Spanish you can use immediately, blending songs, flashcards, storytelling and genuine conversation. Sessions typically run 60 minutes, tailored to age and goals. As a qualified Early Childhood and Primary Education teacher with specializations in Speech/Language and Therapeutic Pedagogy, I bring real classroom expertise to every class. I teach all ages, from toddlers taking their first steps in Spanish to adults chasing fluency for travel, work or connection.
