I am a Graduate Entry Medicine offer holder beginning at the University of Chester in September 2026, with a Master's degree in Behavioural Neuroscience and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology. I successfully navigated the UK medical school admissions process independently, securing my offer on my first application cycle.
I sat the UCAT SEN and achieved 1950 Band 2. As a neurodivergent applicant, I found that success in the UCAT comes less from raw ability and more from developing the right strategies, timing techniques, and question-specific approaches. Despite challenges in a traditional testing format, I used this understanding to secure multiple interviews and a final offer, which now directly informs how I support students.
I specialise in UCAT and UCAT SEN preparation, medical school applications, personal statements, interview coaching, and strategic university selection. My focus is on developing personalised, practical strategies that align with each student’s strengths and learning style, rather than one-size-fits-all techniques.
I take a structured, student-centred approach, helping learners build confidence, improve exam technique, and understand exactly what admissions tutors are looking for.
I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent, SEN, widening participation, and international applicants who may feel underserved by traditional admissions guidance.
My goal is to help students move from uncertainty to clarity, and from preparation to medical school offers.

My lessons focus primarily on UCAT, medical school interview preparation and navigating the realities of the application process. Having successfully secured a Graduate Entry Medicine offer after previously leaving medical school due to illness, I understand how complex and challenging the journey can be, particularly for reapplicants or students with non-traditional paths.
I provide practical guidance on interview technique, including MMI and panel formats, communication skills, and medical ethics discussions. I also help students develop clear, confident answers that reflect their personal experiences and motivations for studying medicine. Alongside interview preparation, I offer honest advice about application strategy, resilience, and how to present challenges in a professional and compelling way.
As someone who is autistic, dyslexic, and lives with a chronic illness, I also have personal insight into the additional barriers some applicants face. This experience allows me to understand challenges that other tutors may not fully appreciate and to help students navigate widening participation pathways while presenting their experiences as strengths within the application process.
My goal is to help students approach the process with confidence, authenticity, and a clear understanding of what medical schools are looking for.
