My teaching methodology works through a one-to-one or group consultation in complete confidentiality. I use time-honoured life coaching tools including the wheel of life and action plan. I enable individuals to ask powerful questions around their own current situation. I help people identify areas where they wish to see change in their lives and help enable them to make those changes in a practical timeframe. I use non-judgemental listening as one of my most powerful approaches. I also teach individuals and groups in these methods should they wish to gain their own tutoring expertise in social inclusion life coaching. My coaching has proven value in the field of mental wellbeing as well as being appropriate for general life coaching applications.

I met John about 10 years ago, via Imagine Mental Health, in London. He recognised my talents as an artist and potential facilitator, encouraging me to run art courses for people who would otherwise be marginalised or hard to reach.
The courses and exhibitions were a great success and now I am working as a fully-qualified English Language teacher, something I would never have thought possible before meeting John.View more recommendations
