At 26 years old, I'm beginning my teaching career and building on my years of experience in English learning
After completing both a BA in Creative Writing and English Language, and an MA in Multilingualism, Linguistics, and Education, I decided to take a break from education to travel. During this break I found myself in rural Thailand, where I taught the most wonderful Thai students the English Language.
This experience cemented my decision to return to the UK and pursue a PGCE in Secondary English, which I obtained with QTS in July of 2025.
Now, I tutor students alongside my full-time teaching career in all English-related subjects.

Since qualifying last July with a PGCE and obtaining QTS in Secondary English, I have been teaching full time at a local school.
I have experience teaching learners from the age of 11 all the way to adult learners. With years of teaching and tutoring behind me, I can tailor sessions to every individual - sessions run from 1 hour online or in-person. I use the British GCSE curriculum but can discuss specific areas of development, such as literacy, prose/poetic/language analysis, creative writing, grammar, and everything in between.
I run sessions with a focused approach - our first session will outline topics and skills to focus on, which we can adapt as we progress through sessions - every learner deserves to feel heard in their education!
