About Demi
I am a patient, encouraging, and dependable tutor who loves helping young learners grow their confidence in reading. I believe every child learns differently, so I create lessons that are engaging, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs and learning style. My goal is to make learning feel fun and rewarding while helping students build strong reading foundations. I strive to create a positive environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating their progress. I create fun, patient, and engaging lessons that help young learners build confidence while learning to read. I use hands-on activities, games, sight words, phonics practice, and interactive reading to keep students interested and excited to learn. A typical lesson includes reviewing previous skills, practicing letter sounds or sight words, reading together, and ending with a fun activity or game. I work with early learners and elementary students, especially children who are just beginning to read or need extra support building their reading skills and confidence.
