The goal is to stay fresher and on the ball all the time exercise is the best way to ensure that is obtainedis to stay healthy with exercises 30 to an hour is what you require 3 times a day or 5 times a day depending on the intensity and sequence of exercises.
That's where I come in to facilitate and guide you to fulfilling and reaching that goal. 30 sec each x3 back to back
1. Jumping jacks
2. Mountain climbers
3. Explosive squats
