About Camille
Camille is co-founder and teacher of the Parisian association Hoopdance Cosmohoop. She gives weekly classes within that association. For 1 year she also gives private lessons at 104 or in a dance studio in Pantin. And since September 2014, she regularly gives workshops and initiation and development workshops for children and adults to the House For All Rungis and the Cirquonvolution association Velizy.

Framed by Camille of Parisian association HoopDance Cosmohoop the introductory course to Hula Hoop enable you to develop your agility and creativity through simple and accessible to all movements. And for the most assiduous there courses / training courses and theme! Versatile sport, Hoopdance is increasingly popular in France, it is a sport which facilitates the fitness and weight loss while learning technical movements and increasing flexibility. In a friendly setting, this fun activity also allows personal growth and develop confidence go: fun and relaxing are the watchwords of this discipline! Camille offers group classes or individuals to 1h30: - Introductory courses open to the public - Introductory courses for children (2 to 4 children, from 8 years) - Refresher courses (1 Year Hula Hoop practice recommended) - Theme Of course (eg, "one Labour shoulder"; "The 10 ways to pick up her Hula Hoop") Courses include: - A warm-up: 15 minutes - a learning basics of technical movements (or specific to the client's request): 20 minutes - An implementation of technical movements through choreography: 20 minutes - A FLOW part (body language), which is to create and find their dancing style the Hoop: 20 minutes (for children during this part is replaced with games around the Hoop) - A return to calm with specific stretching to develop flexibility: 15 minutes
