About Emily
I am currently studying to be an Elementary School teacher at Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia. I have experience working in the classroom through field experience and my Summer Assistant Teacher position at the Bala Cynwyd School for Young Children. I also have a year experience tutoring with Wyzant and two years of experience babysitting a wide age range of children.

I typically instruct younger students, and specifically focus on Reading Comprehension and Writing. My lessons always begin with a review to gain knowledge of my student's current status and see what background knowledge they must gain to be successful. My goal is to help students become comfortable and confident in their abilities and prepare for future success.

Individuals that can commit to at least 2 hours/week will be reduced to $20/hour.
Individuals that can commit to at least 5 hours/week will be reduced to $15/hour.
A $5/hour travel cost will be added if the individual cannot meet at my home or a desired public location.
There will be no extra charge for webcam tutoring sessions.
