About Elizabeth
Hello, i am Elizabeth (16 years of age), and am currently taking alevels for: Maths, Further maths, Computer science and fine art.
I achieved a 9 in the gcse for computer science as it is among my best subjects which is partly why I also wish to teach it.
I took ocr as an exam board and python as my programming language for reference.
I generally believe depending on the type of student you are that having someone of a similar age teach you can bebeneficial asits more often easier to be open with eachother. Along with this as i took my gcses fairly recently i am still well accustomed to the spec and what it entails.

How i would structure lessons:
- It is important for me to get to know my student and what areas of the subject they are weakest on so we can fill those gaps of knowledge.
By creating 'tutorials' for said student on the topic written in a manner they can understand well.
-While getting to know them it is important to know how exactly they revise best, don't worry if they're still unsure we can work through this and find whether they prefer us doing past paper questions, note taking, listening to me teach them etc. If we are doing things online, online white boards would be very prominent in my teaching process regardless of how the student learns as I can adapt to suit it to the situation.
Along side this is would recommend getting 2 note books for the subject, one for theory and another for programming as I've found having tutorial books written in the way you can understand which you can consult when in trouble can be of much help.
