About Jere
My name is Jere Emmanuelle Olawoyin and I currently study English Law and French Law (Maitrise en Droit) at the University of Exeter. I received 5 A-Levels receiving grades: A*AABB and love Literature, Reading and Performing Arts. I cannot wait to meet you and begin your tutoring journey.
My interest in Literature stemmed from my ability to immerse myself into the depths of a character. I always found a writer's ability to manipulate the reader's perception of a protagonist, incredibly powerful and I found myself wondering how my opinion would alter by the end of a novel.
I first started tutoring after I finished my GCSE's in 2019. It allowed me to not only retain the information that I had just learned but fine-tune it to develop an outstanding result. I have tutored around 20-30 pupils now spanning from GCSE to A-Level. Tutoring has allowed me to keep learning about the things I love even when I'm not studying them myself anymore.

Hi there,
I specialise in English Literature, English Language and French GCSE and A-Level Tuition. I can also tutor Essay Writing skills, Personal Statements, UCAS preparation and CV building.
Teaching and learning how to analyse literature have always been a strong point for me and I hope to pass this passion on to you. During my sessions, we will set realistic goals, partake in fun activities and engage in conversations that will allow you to become familiar with the art of analysing literature. The way I see it writing essays is always about practising little and often and with frequent lessons, I think we will be able to achieve this together.
