About Romaisa
Hi! I'm Romaisa, a recent A-level student with a passion for learning and helping others achieve their potential. I recently completed A-levels in Mathematics, Physics, Economics and Religious Studies and achieved nine Grade 9s and one Grade 8 at GCSE, ranking 1st in my school out of a cohort of 261 pupils.
Alongside my studies, I have mentored younger students in Mathematics and held leadership roles including Head Girl and Student Council representative. These experiences strengthened my communication skills and taught me how to explain ideas clearly, motivate others and build confidence.
I understand the pressures of modern exams because I have recently been through them myself. My aim is to help students not only improve their grades, but also develop confidence, effective study habits and a genuine belief in their own abilities.
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy problem-solving, economics, philosophy and exploring how different subjects connect to the world around us. I look forward to helping students achieve their goals and realise their potential.

My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, whether they are preparing for SATs, building confidence in KS3, or aiming for top GCSE grades. Having recently completed my own GCSEs and A-levels, I understand the challenges students face and the exam techniques that make a real difference.
I focus on creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. Lessons typically involve identifying areas for improvement, strengthening understanding of key concepts, practising exam-style questions and developing effective revision strategies.
My goal is not only to improve grades but also to help students become more confident, independent learners who enjoy the subject they are studying.
