About Lilian
I am a Geography student about to commence my first year of bachelor degree study. I attained A*AA at A level and have always had a passion for English as a subject- in particular, reading and creative writing. Although I have no experience as a paid tutor I have previously attained a Level 2 qualification as a reading assistant and thus have voluntary experience in helping students with their English.

My teaching method is thoroughly student led as the sessions I deliver are tailored to each individual student. I believe that students have the best chance to attain their full potential when their tutor identifies their individual learning needs and places these at the heart of their sessions. In a group setting, this can involve designing group activities that develop multiple skills, and encouraging students to help others in their strong areas and seek help from peers in their weaker ones zx
