About Pavel
I am a German native speaker with 8 years of teaching experience at the Goethe-Institut and other schools. I received an M.A. degree in German language and literature studies in Germany, and I also completed a series of advanced training courses (DLL - Deutsch lehren lernen), in which I acquired the world-renowned and very effective teaching methodology for German as a foreign language. This methodology is based primarily on language actions that are embedded in an authentic communicative context.

I primarily focus on the wishes, needs and learning style of the learners and use a curriculum and method suitable for them. I usually combine the learning process, which is strongly characterised by communication, with a very detailed explanation of grammar. I provide a diversified combination of tasks embedded in authentic contexts that motivate learners. I have a lot of experience with young people from 10 to 15 years old and I also prepare for Goethe exams (A1-C2). I teach both individually and in small groups.
