I am a certified fitness trainer and sports nutritionist with an experience of 7 years. Moreover, I am also a boxing professional with experience in both professional and amateur boxing. He will adjust the workout based on your learning goals (technique, cardio etc) and will keep you nicely on your toes for the duration of the workout. My usual training sessions average 450 calories per hour, with Gaurav it was around 600. Great sessions, thank you Gaurav!
