I'm a GPP Coach (General Physical Preparedness), as a GPP Coach my main motive is to improve my clients performance in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and all the 5 Components Of Fitness which includes Cardio-Respiratory Endurance, Muscular Endurance, Musculoskeletal Strength, Flexibility and Ideal Body Composition. Each and every component has it's own role in your overall physical fitness. Anti-aging effect from the fitness lifestyle is one of the underrated thing which peoples often forget. I focus on that part because as a GPP Coach it's my responsibility to maintain your fitness level at your older age too. I apply my knowledge on Human Anatomy, physiology, and bio-mechanics to improve your performance at the maximum level and reduces the chances of unwanted injuries.
