About RITA
I trained as a psychologist both in Italy and abroad. I lived abroad, traveling in 30 countries and specializing in body, mind, spirit well-being, with particular attention to the environment. I am a classic Pilates matwork instructor, where I try to combine all my skills to achieve overall well-being.

Holistic wellness methodology accompanied by the rigorous method of classic Pilates matwork. This method is much more than an exercise program, it is a body training discipline conceived and conceived to develop muscle strength and flexibility, to help maintain the balance between body and mind and to ensure the precise execution of the movements. Joseph H. Pilates began developing his method in the first half of the 20th century.
