About Tova
With more than 20+ years of teaching experience and over 6400 students successfully trained, I have helped violin learners achieve impressive progress in technical skill and musical understanding. My teaching experience includes beginners, intermediate players, advanced performers, competition candidates, and aspiring professional musicians.
Many former students have performed in orchestras, chamber ensembles, recitals, music festivals, competitions, and advanced training programs. Several have progressed into higher music education and professional performance environments. Their accomplishments reflect the effectiveness of structured learning and dedicated mentorship.
I believe the violin is one of the most expressive instruments in music. My mission is to help learners develop confidence, artistic maturity, and technical mastery while building a lifelong connection with music and performance.

Violin lessons focus on developing technical accuracy, musical sensitivity, and confident performance skills through structured and engaging instruction. Training includes posture development, bow control, intonation accuracy, rhythm mastery, scales, sight reading, ear training, music theory, repertoire development, ensemble participation, performance preparation, and artistic interpretation. Lessons are tailored to each learner’s experience level and musical ambitions.
Students participate in technical training exercises, interpretation workshops, listening development sessions, sight-reading practice, ensemble preparation activities, performance simulations, and guided practice planning. Lessons help learners build both technical competence and artistic confidence while encouraging consistent improvement.
Advanced learners explore advanced bowing techniques, expressive phrasing, solo repertoire mastery, orchestral performance skills, chamber music collaboration, audition preparation, performance psychology, artistic communication, and professional musicianship development. This methodology supports long-term musical growth and performance excellence.
