About Mostafijur
I am a globally experienced professional, human-centered leader and MBA graduate with over 16 years of multidisciplinary experience working across diverse cultural and professional environments. I am currently pursuing a Research Master's in Public Policy at the University of Auckland.
My passion is helping people unlock their potential through effective communication, confidence-building and lifelong learning. Throughout my career, I have mentored professionals, developed teams and supported people from different backgrounds to strengthen their skills and achieve meaningful goals.
My teaching approach combines practical experience, academic insight and genuine empathy.
