About Mluleki
My name is Mluleki Hlophe, from Port Shepstone in a small town called Gamalakhe. I just recently obtained my Bachelor's Degree from the University of Johannesburg for BHS in Sport and Exercise Sciences. My passion for teaching started when I was doing my matric, at the same time the knowledge I gained, I would share with my fellow classmates, those who need a tutor in order to grasp information. After that, I loved to see people prosper because I was willing to help.

In my personal training lesson, I learned about the importance of combining fitness, exercise, strength training, and aerobics to improve overall health. Strength training helps build muscle, increase endurance, and improve metabolism. Aerobic exercises like running or cycling strengthen the heart and lungs. I also learned the importance of proper form, warm-ups, and cool-downs to prevent injuries. Consistency and setting realistic goals are key to achieving long-term fitness success.
