About U-Ran

U-Ran Grace has been practicing Qi Gong and meditation since 2005. It is a life long journey to find connection of body mind and spirit, and to reach a higher level of well-being, awareness and harmony.

U-Ran Grace was born and raised in Beijing where she grew up in Taichi and Qigong culture. From 2020 to 2024, she travelled to Dali, KunMing in Yunan to compare notes with other master teachers.

In today's world with much chaos and drama, the ancient practice of Qigong is an effective way to stay calm, maintain a healthy and balanced life, and to heal and rejuvenate.

結廬在人境，而無車馬喧。
問君何能爾，心遠地自偏。
採菊東籬下，悠然見南山。
山氣日夕佳，飛鳥相與還。
此中有真意，欲辨已忘言。

About the lesson

- Each lesson is tailored to each student's level and needs

- A regular session starts with basic breathing technique, then continue with Qi Gong routine practice

- The lessons are designed for those who wish to improve their physical and mental well being through ancient practice of Qi Gong and meditation
