About Ronelle
I am Ronelle Joseph,an educator for the past 16 years in both private and formal sector.I come from a background of teaching experience in both Further Education and Training as well as Junior and Intermediate teaching phases in the formal sector which is, the Department of Basic Education and the FET Private sector.With business training and learning as my strong points ,I saw the need for getting new skills for myself in Special Needs Education as there is an immense need for all learners to get the best education suitable to their needs.I have also done courses in School Management and additional courses in Trauma Counseling.I am a vibrant and exciting teacher.

My approach to teaching and learning is by creating a fun ,exciting,condusive environment for learners through song, movement,colour,dramatisation .I make use of visual,audio and sensory reading and writing skills in order to reach different learners with unique learning needs.I make use of differentiation teaching techniques and methodology which is suitable for individual learner needs.
