About Archie

I am a friendly, passionate pianist and musician who wants to help people learn and love the piano. I enjoy playing music of various genres such as classical romantic piano, jazz, ragtime or even iconic theme songs from video games or TV shows.

Being a university student myself, I keep a fixed schedule allowing for reliable booking for my students. I'm also looking to have fun as I teach my students! I believe that concentration and relaxation create a perfect environment for teaching piano.

About the lesson

I teach a range of levels and skills, from the basics (learning the notes, basic rhythm and simple songs) through to mastering skills and exam preparation. Whether you want to prepare for exams or simply learn songs you have heard, I am here to help. I can also teach music theory for those who are interested. I'm happy to teach all ages, within lessons of either 30 minutes or an hour.

Before we start, I will be in contact to plan your lesson content and material. This way, I can tailor them to your specific aims and goals with the piano.
