With over 15 years of playing experience and a Grade 8 qualification, I have a strong foundation in both technique and musical understanding, which I pass on in a simple and approachable way.

Lessons are well-organized and tailored to each student’s pace and goals, with clear progression from week to week. I focus on building correct technique from the start, developing good habits, and creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning and improving.

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is relaxed, supportive, and tailored to each student. I focus on building strong fundamentals from the beginning, including technique, timing, and musical understanding, while keeping lessons engaging by incorporating songs the student enjoys. I believe learning piano should feel rewarding, not overwhelming, so I keep theory practical and easy to apply.

Lessons are typically 45 minutes long, which I find is the ideal balance for maintaining focus while making consistent progress.

I am a Grade 8 pianist with over 15 years of playing experience, and I’ve developed a solid understanding of both technique and musical expression through years of practice.

My lessons are best suited for beginners of all ages, whether you’re completely new to piano or looking to build confidence and structure in your playing!
