About Mathew
I’ve been writing stories for many years, it’s a passion thing. I do it because I have to. It is only recently that I challenged myself to go and attempt a qualification. I’d be the first to admit that I felt a total fraud.
I found the course fascinating, there were things I’d never considered putting into words, writing from life for one. But what I did gain was an invaluable tool box which is what I want to share with anyone willing to try.

Nothing is taught to formula, creativity is key. Let me guide you to achieve your creative best and enable you to grow in confidence and skill.
It all begins with a sentence, word by word. No rush. You’ll learn to master perspective and lead the reader’s eye where you want it to go. From there you’ll develop style, learn rhythm and cadence together with other skills until you can construct entire words and make them breathe.
