About Abhik
My teaching approach is learner-focused. I try to understand where a learner is facing difficulty and then simplify the concept using practical examples, demonstrations, and interaction. I believe a good trainer should not only deliver information but also make sure that learners understand, apply, and retain what they have learned.
Overall, my teaching career has strengthened my patience, adaptability, communication, and leadership skills, and I continue to enjoy helping people learn and improve.
