About Aylin
I am a compassionate, determined, and consistent individual who motivates both myself and others around me to accept challenges. My compassion enables me to form meaningful, strong interpersonal relationships in different contexts, as I am able to recognise others’ emotions, empathise with others’ views, and respond appropriately to them. My determination provides the fiery drive needed for the challenges and unexpected inconveniences that life throws at me. I take pride in my consistency- my persistence and organisation skills allow me to complete tasks efficiently in a smart way. I am dedicated and committed to myself to successfully reach my personal goals. I am an eloquent and clear communicator, both orally and in writing- this will enable me to effectively liaise with both students and teachers.

I am currently a Full-time Primary School Teaching Assistant. I supervise and provide support for pupils and teachers during lessons, interventions, and clubs. I have established trusting relationships with pupils with different needs and personalities. I have been trained to respond to situations varying in severity regarding child protection, safeguarding, and confidentiality. Teaching is a rewarding experience that has boosted my mentorship and leadership abilities. I can effectively communicate with students with different cognitive abilities- including SEND learners. My job has taught me to be committed, compassionate, and patient. I also have three years of customer service experience and can communicate with a repertoire of individuals within society.
As a Part-Time Private A-Level and GCSE Biology, Chemistry, and English Language Tutor, I plan individual sessions based on the student's needs and study level. I prepare students for exams and tests by providing the appropriate learning material by blending taught sessions and exam practice. I produce material based on my students' preferred learning styles.
