About Sofia

Hi,I'm Sofia, I'm from Como in Italy, I'm in London to improve my English, now I live in Hammersmith and in my free time I play volleyball and I like to draw.
I want to start teaching here because I love to teach Italian to the other people to help someone else but also to have a cultural exchange.
I like to have different discussions during my lessons that vary according to the topic of the lesson, in order to increase the students' speaking ability.
Watching Italian films as homework is included

About the lesson

Lesson divided into three parts:
-vocabulary through sentences to repeat aloud to help the student understand the concept better
-reading a text aloud accompanied by pronunciation correction
-dictation of words or sentences based on the student's level.
The duration of the lesson is a minimum of one hour
I can teach for all the levels: basic, medium, advanced
I was a tutor in Italy for Italian kids for Italian, math, geography and art.
I usually structure my lessons according to my students' needs. For example, if you need lessons to learn or strengthen your grammar and vocabulary, we will focus on written/oral exercises.
