About Anna
I am a recent graduate from Appalachian State University with a Masters in Biology and Evolutionary Ecology. I have an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies and Environmental Science. I am an avid scientist and environmental educator who seeks to educate and inspire students from all backgrounds and levels of education.

My teaching methods are laid back and relaxed. I strive to help the student really understand the material in a manner that they can succeed in they class they are taking but also take the knowledge in to day to day life. I currently work in environmental education and focus on what really interests the students and focusing on self exploration of the topic while also following state guidelines for curriculum.
What sets me apart as a tutor in my passion for the sciences and sharing that passion with students who don't typically have an eye for the sciences.
My lesson plans and tutoring can range from K-12 and also undergraduate students.
