About Bella
I am passionate about using art to enable explorative education. Whether that’s discovering new places, sharing new practical skills, or deepening relationships with students.
There are so many neglected materials in the city, and it seems many items have one use. However, through reading the writings of Roy Kovolsky, I have learned about the ideloody Junkology, in which one sees the beauty in something that may be seen as not. Using found materials means there is a lot more work to make them into something functional, from the transportation of them to working with tools physically to create something that represents my ideas.

My lessons will be tailored to the student needs. I will use a range of media and creative ideas to create content for their portfolio.
The lessons can include; drawing, painting, sculptural play, writing and sound. However through this we will explore, appreciate, arts wider historical, political, and metaphysical context.
I have a BA Hons in Fine Art from Glasgow School of Art. I have led many artistic workshops and been a teaching Assistant. My lessons can range from younger children, the age of 7 to portfolio preparation for foundation (18 years old.)
