About Rachel
I have a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics, so I have seen a variety of course material. I have been tutoring for 3 years on the college level with a variety of different subjects, but primarily algebra and precalculus. I make sure to work at a pace that is best for the students and make sure that I am making sense before moving on.

I have been tutoring students for 3 years, so I feel confident in my abilities to help students in a variety of subjects. I am a fast learner, so any new concepts for me can be picked up very easily. I like to work through different problems and use practice as a way to learn. If a student is stuck, I make sure to ask them questions to push them in the right direction without giving them an answer directly.
