About Tiya
Hi,
My name is Tiya, I'm 18 years old I received all 9's at GCSE and I have just finished my A- Levels.
I absolutely love learning and just going through the process of exams myself. I have cultivated some excellent ways to revise for any upcoming exams you may have.
As a History and English A- Level student, I have learnt how to write quick clear yet efficient essays. I have also practiced the process of speed reading and clear and precise not taking focussing only on the more relevant pieces of text. I would be glad to pass this knowledge onto any future students.

I like to have a conversation and a general base lesson with my students to see what level they are performing at.
With reading I find in best to get my students used to speaking any form of piece whether that be prose, poetry or even non- fiction out loud in order to improve their confidence and speed reading skills.
With creative writing, I like to have conversations with my students about their weeks and what they have observed and discuss with them processes about how to cultivate a story
I also like to use techniques such as timing and educational games to get my students more excited about learning.
I have previously performed play learning with 4-6 year olds
I have also aided as a teaching assistant for reception
Tutored Maths and English for a 9 year old
Tutored Maths and English for 11+
My lessons can range from 40 minutes to 1hr 30 minutes
I would give lessons from 5 -15
