About Marina
I was born in Puerto Rico and began dancing at the young age of 3. I trained in ballet rigorously for 14 years till I moved to Texas and fell in love with Drill Team. From there I began training in jazz, pom, hip hop, kick, etc. While in High School I also volunteered by teaching dance classes at my local boys club. I’ve had the opportunity to dance in places such as New York and Japan! I continued my dancing career in college as part of the SFA dance teach and pursued a major in dance education and minor in dance team coaching. I am dance/teaching certified in the state of Texas. I also work for a dance company doing choreography jobs and teaching at high schools. Although I am only 22 I have multiple years of dance experience and love teaching others!

I’ve been trained in ballet, jazz, hip hop, pom, and many other styles. I love teaching dance and helping people improve on their skills and movements all while having fun! I danced on drill team for 4 years and then continued my dancing career on my college dance team and what a captain on both teams. I have a degree in dance education with a minor in dance team coaching. I also do choreography. I love getting to share my passion of dance with others and can help you plan for your dance goals! Whether you are a new dancer or someone looking for a further push, I am here to help you succeed!
