About Ylenia
Her family environment, permeated by music, substantially influences the way she feels emotions and creativity.
From an early age she accompanied her mother to local choral realities, and during the car ride they enjoyed singing in two voices or creating new ones.
Fascinated by the world of vocalism, she collects musical experiences of various kinds over the years: modern choir, acoustic quartet, theater troupe, musical theater, duo until she got to songwriting.
Through songwriting she found her identity: songwriter for causes. Fueled by the need to do something that involves more than just the individual person, resolutions touch different causes and projects acquire more and more defined forms.
Grateful for the life experiences that music has been able to give her, with eyes open to new horizons and ears attentive to welcome new stimuli, her explorations continue...

I offer singing lessons to anyone who wants to learn from scratch or to study further.
Lessons and teaching methods vary depending on the student and their needs, because every voice is unique and musical tastes different!
My lessons can be of different lengths: 30/45/60 minutes in which we will work on posture, breathing, targeted exercises and vocalisation, and repertoire agreed with the student (based on his or her preferences), also focusing on lyrics and interpretation.
For those interested, topics such as improvisation, preparation of choral parts and music theory can be explored.
I am available to prepare students who wish to apply for jazz singing and pop/rock singing courses for the Conservatory entrance examination.
Lessons will take place online, via the Zoom or Google Meet platforms, so that everyone can attend singing lessons from the comfort of their own home.
