About Effrosyni

I am a singer, violinist, cellist and harpist. I graduated from National conservory of Athens in Greece in these music pathways. I am singing and performing in Greek traditional groups since I was 19 years old. I have attended the Melodramatic class of my conservatory in Athens-Greece for the Opera studies.
After I came in UK, I continued my music studies. Currently I am a student in the old University of Glasgow. when I came in UK I studied my first 2 years for the Diploma of Higher education in Cardiff University for the program "" Astronomy and Physics"".
My perseption through research confirms that Music is connected with Cosmology with the example of "the Theory of Strings-Parallel Universes and the Pythagorian theory of" "Quadrivium" .
At last but not least, Teaching students brings me closer in performing even more for challenging my own limits and essentially in approaching the music life of Scotish people and as a result their traditions..

About the lesson

Technical knowledge and skills are the universal key for the freedom of a music soul...
"" Meditation"" through Violin, Cello or Voice, is the Improvisation I will teach after focusing on a strong technical support with studies, concert pieces, arias and folk-traditional melodies. String instruments such as Violin, Cello and harp provide a good background for the foundation in a personalised musik profile and attitude...
With completion of these series, all the nessecary skills will find a practical interest and combining these unique but parallel disciplines, each musician will be able to find his own voice through an interdisciplinary perseption..
